Darryl has served in the Maryland House of Delegates since 2015, representing the 25th
District, which includes parts of Prince George's County. During his time in office, he has been a strong advocate for education, economic development, and social justice issues.
He has also been a champion of small businesses and has worked to create opportunities for minority-owned businesses in Maryland.
